I don’t know about you, but I can sometimes use a little help from time to time with meals. Life can be so busy, and I can get in such a rut that I don’t feel like even thinking about it or have any idea what to fix. Mamas, that doesn’t make you a bad mom. It is just how life goes sometimes. I wanted to be one of those Instagram or Pinterest moms that looked like they had it all together, but I am a work in progress and trying hard to keep it real for you. I don’t ever want my readers to feel like I am just trying to sell you something. My life is messy and chaotic, and sometimes I just need an extra hand.
I am also getting to a point where I would rather be able to spend good, quality time with my family than hours trying to figure out what to feed them for dinner. I tried. I tried so hard to be one of those moms that was able to juggle work, church, side jobs, and all the other things going on in my life and still have time to plan meals and shop for groceries, but I just couldn’t. It was too stressful for me. So I looked for a way to help alleviate some of that stress while freeing up some of my time, and I found that through EveryPlate.

I have thoroughly enjoyed every box that has arrived from EveryPlate. The ingredients are always fresh. I love that I get to cook with spices that I don’t normally cook with even though they are found in my local grocery store. I am a creature of habit so I tend to keep the same things up in my cabinet. I also love that I get to try out new recipes and have all the groceries delivered straight to my door. It is also a huge plus that the only thing I have to do is go online and choose which meals I want and when I want them delivered.
It feels a bit like Christmas morning when I come home from work and see the orange box sitting on my porch. I literally jump up and down inside knowing that I get to feel like a television cook show chef a few times a week. Do my meals always look as pretty as the picture on the recipe card? Probably not because we all add our own twists and flare to what we cook. But my family loves it, and it gives us more time together. Plus, they often help me, and we all sit around the table to eat together.
In the past, I have tried other meal delivery kits, but EveryPlate, in my opinion, surpasses them for the ingredients and the price. I also love that they have options for dinner for 2 and dinner for 4 for 3 meals per week, they use less packaging and simpler ingredients which helps keep the costs down, you can cancel or pause your order at any time, there are 8 meals to choose from every week, they do all the shopping and planning for you, students get a bigger discount, and I could go on and on.
